It was then that the beginning of the modern history of this expansion was laid. In order to open files with the extension SWF (Small Web Format), you need a special application Adobe Flash Player or a web browser that works with Flash technology. In the browser, Goggle Chrome is a built-in flash player, and therefore there is no need to install anything additionally. Anyone who uses a browser, say Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and others, must install the Adobe Flash module. Creating a SWF file will require Adobe Flash (Professional or Builder).
